solid stay

clean room spacious bedrooms easy shuttle
the room was clean and spacious. i loved having two separate bedrooms in the suite. the hotel was easy to navigate, and it was easy to get to the shuttle for the parks.
The tv volume had a low maximum. It was hard to hear without subtitles.

A free bus shuttle transported guests to the parks nearby! this was a very convenient perk. The bus ride was short. the location was ideal. It made getting to the attractions simpler.

The hotel has a pool suitable for all ages. i saw plenty of seating in both shaded and sunny spots near the pool. the hotel also had a poolside bar with attentive lifeguards. The atmosphere was relaxed!

The free shuttles to the park are a great advantage. I did like the location. i also enjoyed the amazing view of the park attractions from my room. the staff was helpful and respectful.
I found the tv volume limited to 19, hard to hear. I had to use subtitles. the beds felt too firm. I experienced hip pain. the floors looked dirty even after the cleaning service visited daily.

the location was convenient to the parks. the shuttle service was frequent. my family appreciated the size of the two-bedroom suite (it comfortably accommodated everyone). the inclusion of a kitchenette was especially useful for preparing quick breakfasts.
i found the food quality in the main dining area to be lacking. the selection was limited and did not meet expectations. the room's ventilation was poor. the suction fan in the restroom did not work, not ideal.

free shuttle shuttle buses pool area low volume firm beds hot water
the location provides free shuttle buses every 15 minutes to theme parks. these buses operated from 7 am till 11 pm. the room was awesome, also the pool area was great. the cafe was a big plus, as well as the free shuttle to the studios.
the volume on the tv only went up to 19. it was difficult to hear anything so i put on subtitles. the beds were too firm and i woke up with hip pain. the hot water never really got hot and the a/c did not get cold enough.

the room was clean, and the size was good. the bus service to the parks was efficient.
I had to pay extra for package delivery. This was unexpected.
